Meridian Technologies Inc.’s Magnesium Products Division Plant E, located at 800 Wright Street, Strathroy has just completed its 12,000 ft² expansion to increase the total plant size to 83,000 ft². The expansion was needed to accommodate a new machining and assembly line for an upcoming DaimlerChrysler product launch that begins this month.
This expansion fits with Meridian’s aggressive growth strategy by increasing their already extensive product line and adds more secondary operations to improve the value added to the end customer.
Says Plant Manager Terry Bruni, “As our growth takes into account the global market place, we are also looking at increasing the value we provide our current customers. This expansion is representative of our capability as a full service supplier. We are excited about the future and the continuous growth in our offerings to our customers.”
