After extensive deliberations, in an effort to reduce costs, capitalize on synergies and strengthen Meridian’s Overall Organization Efficiency, effective Friday, June 30, 2006 Meridian Technologies Inc. will close their Central Head Office located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Effective Monday, July 3, 2006 Paolo Maccario, President and CEO, Patrick Rooke, Vice President of Finance and two support staff will commence working from Meridian’s Global Technology Centre located at 25 Mac Nab Avenue, Strathroy, Ontario, Canada.
