Shanghai Meridian Magnesium Products (SMMP) is proud to exhibit at the 2006 International Suppliers Fair, Oct. 11-13th in Wolfsburg, Germany. The IZB is recognized as an international platform for automotive competence where the entire spectrum of innovative and valuable networking opportunities is provided to suppliers to the automotive industry.
This year’s fair, consisting of 586 exhibitors from 21 nations, also includes seven of the top ten largest automotive suppliers along with representatives from Volkwagen AG and other automotive manufacturers.
VW have partnered with the Chinese Manufacturing Industries Association (CMIA) to promote synergies between German and Chinese suppliers and provide networking opportunities to establish potential business relationships. Through this effort, the “German-Chinese Congress of Suppliers to the Automotive Industry” takes place on Oct. 10th. As well as the congress, CMIA will be represented by 50 exhibiting companies, from which SMMP is one.
Key areas of focus at the fair include Metal & Lightweight Construction, Body Manufacturing, Electronics, Assembly & Joining, Drive Control and Logistics.
